July 21, 2019 - While in Saratoga, WY, we were told several times by the locals, that we must see the Snowy Range. So after Church, off we went on Hwy 130 West to the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest. This a high altitude winding road with beauty at every turn. Both of us agreed that this had to be one of the most beautiful areas of America we have ever seen. Words and pictures do not adequately state and show God's creation. The layout of the road, campgrounds, numerous pull-offs, picnic areas, trails and bridges were constructed in a way that provides ease of navigation and maximum access to many scenic spots. We read where the CCC boys in the 1930's did a lot of this work. Nika saw her first snow here. We had so much fun!
These make me take a deep breath! Incredible beauty.
